SHIPPING + HANDLING POLICY

 
I work with USPS to make sure your items get to you safe and sound. USPS will automatically provide tracking numbers on every order. Shipping estimates are 5-7 business days for orders within the US. I currently don’t ship internationally.

Please allow up to 4 weeks (20 business days) for processing time.

Again, your order will ship USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days after your order has been shipped for it to arrive. We will always send tracking information for your order, too!

In the rare case your package shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. If you still have issues, please let us know and we will do our best to help remedy the situation, on your behalf, with the carrier. Unfortunately, if your package is lost, stolen, or misplaced, we are unable to offer you a refund.

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives to you safely! In the rare case your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will need photos documenting the outside packaging, inside packaging, and damage to the order. All our packages are shipped insured and we will do our absolute best to correct the situation on a case by case basis.

FREE SHIPPING

 - With the exception of promotions or flash sales, orders qualify for free shipping.

 - Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only.

 - Due to high volume, orders may take an additional 1-3 business days to ship.

 - Orders that select any free shipping offers will be shipped using the most economical carrier and service.

FURNITURE SERVICE

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is not available with custom furniture orders and I DO NOT SHIP FOR CUSTOM FURNITURE ORDERS AT THIS TIME. THIS IS A LOCAL SERVICE ONLY *** You are responsible for finding transportation for your furniture. You can arrange through third party shipping companies, if you are unable to drop-off and pick-up. You are responsible for the cost.  Blee Furniture Re-do will not be responsible to the shipping costs.

If you are unable to drop-off/pick-up and you desire to coordinate your own shipping per third party shipping companies, please message me at customercare@bleefurnitureredo.com. You are responsible for the cost. Blee Furniture Re-do will not be responsible to the shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is a separate business and I assume no liability for what happens during this process. I will not be held responsible for any damages during shipment. Once the item has left my possession I am no longer responsible. If the item is damaged during shipment, the SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE! I can help submit a claim for you if needed, but it is your responsibility to carry out the claims process. In the event an agreement is worked out between Blee Furniture Re-do and the buyer to return the item. Then Blee Furniture Re-do will not be responsible to the return shipping costs.

SALES TAX

Blee Furniture Re-do is based in New Orleans, LA and charges 9.20% sales tax for any orders processed and shipped within Louisiana.
